1. General Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final once a report has been prepared and delivered. We encourage you to review the report details and pricing carefully before purchasing.
2. Cancellations
- Before report preparation begins: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 91522 75566) or email (trivant.co@gmail.com).
- After report preparation has begun: Cancellations are not accepted once we have started preparing your personalised report.
- Free reports: No cancellation or refund applicable as no payment is involved.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If your report was not delivered within 72 hours of payment and you have not received any communication from us
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
- Significantly incorrect report: If the report was prepared using incorrect information due to our error (not due to incorrect information provided by you)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the report was prepared
- You did not agree with the numerological interpretations or findings
- Incorrect information was provided at the time of ordering
- You requested changes to the report after delivery
- Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes in your personal life
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order details, payment reference number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
7. Consultation Sessions
For High Ticket Astro-Numerology Consultations and Corporate Growth Strategy sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: no refund
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
